It is out of love that we grieve with you Richard and send prayers for peace and comfort to you, your children and your mother Ann.

Who can think of Judy and not remember her wonderful smile? Or her gracious ways? Her devotion to her family and her strong faith?

In your quiet times may you find peace knowing how happy you made her. How much she loved the family you raised together. And how much joy you shared when looking at the water around Bristol. May those wonderful memories bring her spirit close to you in the days ahead.

We will always remember her gracious and welcoming ways, her special greeting embellished with a smile. Her desire to make you feel she really cared about what you were saying. It is our hope that in this sad time your faith may bring you to a place of healing. That your family and friends may bring you comfort and that our prayers will bring forth many blessing on the days ahead.

Dearest Dick, Richard, Karl & Annie,
Although Judy and I had not been in touch for years my memories of our times together always brought warm feelings of friendship that never left me... and the pain I feel is as though we had spoken yesterday. It was impossible not to love her. I cannot begin to know how it feels to have lost the love of your lives and no words can make it feel better right now...but I do know that Jehovah will help make the pain bearable until you see her sweet and loving smile again. Please know that my thoughts and prayers are there with you today and in the days to come. Joyce

Dear Ricado, Annie, Richard, Karl, and Danielle: We were so saddened to hear of the temporary loss of your wife, mother, and daughter. May Jehovah comfort you with Holy Spirit and the fact that she worked so hard in behalf of Kingdom interest. In a short time, Jehovah will bring her back to you and in paradise conditions, when all the injustices of this system will be gone. Warmest Christian Love, Patsy and Bill

Richard and Family, My sincere sympathy to you all. I left Providence in 1982 and therefore rather lost track of you. I remember loving Judy and her sweetness. Jehovah is the God of all comfort. May he take you into his wonderfully caring, warm love. Surrounding you with the friends and his promise of endurance in all trials.
At one with you in the hope.

Dear Richard,

It is with great pain of heart that we write you at this time. Our recollection of Judy was one of peace and tranquility. We remember her for her delightful smile and warm disposition. I (Monty) knew her to be one of the more respected elder’s wives I came to know while living in Providence, Rhode Island. Although it has been many years since I’ve seen either of you, I still cherish many fond memories of seeing you together as a husband and wife that set a good example for others to follow. No doubt, the 42 years of marriage to one another has given you plenty of delightful memories. It is our heartfelt hope that you will find comfort in those memories and will stay the course of integrity while waiting to see her lovely face again.

While we will not pretend to know how you must feel at this time, our hearts are heavy with sadness over your loss. It is our heartfelt hope that Jehovah the God of all comfort will envelope you, Richard Jr. and Karl as well as the rest of your family with peace of mind and calmness of heart in your time of personal grief and sorrow over Judy’s death.

May the words of Numbers 6:24-26 and Psalms 126: 5, 6 serve as our words of encouragement to you;

Numbers 6:24-26 24 “May Jehovah bless you and keep you 25 May Jehovah make his face shine toward you, and may he favor you. 26 May Jehovah lift up his face toward you and assign peace to you.”’
Psalm 126:5-6 5 Those sowing seed with tears Will reap even with a joyful cry. 6 The one that without fail goes forth, even weeping, Carrying along a bagful of seed, Will without fail come in with a joyful cry, Carrying along his sheaves.

Philia,
Monty & Dean Hinson

P.S. If anyone reading this condolence has as mailing address I can use to send a card to for Richard and family please send it to; hireexpectations@gmail.com Thank you.

Dear Richard,
We were shocked and so very saddened to learn of Judy's passing. A gentle soul, quiet and reserved, she was blessed with both an inner and outer beauty. When we last spoke she was so excited about your up-coming trip to Italy to celebrate your milestone wedding anniversary and was looking forward to starting a new chapter in your lives by the bay. We hope that memories of your beautiful Judy will bring you peace in the days ahead. May her memory be everlasting.

With our deepest sympathies,
Demetra, Ken, Christina and Thea Bianchi

"Who is this woman...beautiful like the full moon, pure like the glowing sun, awesome..."? Jehovah's words of Jehovah, at The Song of Solomon 6:10, describe our precious Judy. She was precious to us, but more importantly, she was precious to Jehovah. Her life of service to Our God can be described by the words of Jesus at Rev 2:10, "prove yourselves faithful to the end, and I will give you the crown of life." I want to be there with all of you at Judy's ressurection, where we will have an Italian feast in paradise.
Even in our profound sadness, we recall the words, "...love is as strong as death is,...", and we comfort one another in our hope and love.
I still love you very much and feel your loss, Beverly

Dear Richard,

Judy was a close friend of mine and a mentor both to me and my children. She shared with us her favorite places around Providence and the best recipes handed down to her from generations past. She had an aristocratic air about her that inspired me.

She touched my life in both big and little ways, and I can never forget her.

Dearest Bisbano Family,

I was deeply in shock upon hearing the news this past weekend of the passing of such a beautiful woman both inside and out. I still can't believe she is gone, but I do know that Our Grand Creator has her in his memory. Every time I used to see her at the conventions I always commented how beautiful she looked and she was always humble with gratitude. My hearfelt condolences go out to her loving husband, her sons, daughter in laws, and family. If someone has an address for Brother Bisbano could you please forward to me at: tracyecoleman@gmail.com. I would like to send a card.

We still think of Judy, and her lasting impression on us, especially as a youth growing up with her loving example. I think of the many times I would drive on the way to work and see her in field service, or her warm smile and graceful demeanor. Her hard work in Jehovah's service still has an effect on us today...Sending much love from the entire family, Jeri Kim Lowe and family...
